Yes, we go through a LOT of materials in the LEAP Lab! Often, we have parents and community members ask how they can help. The following items are ALWAYS needed and will be happily accepted any time! Thank you for considering helping out our program!
Toilet paper and paper towel tubes
Empty and clean plastic containers with lids (margarine tubs, detergent containers, etc.)
Plastic bottle caps and lids from anything, including markers!
Balloons
Pipe Cleaners
Duct Tape, plain AND fancy designs
Craft Sticks
Glue Sticks
Small wheels from old or broken toys
Cotton Balls
Shoe Boxes
Shoelaces, yarn, string
Monetary donations are also accepted! I'm often using my own money to purchase supplies for the room. The LEAP Lab has its own account through the school. Checks can be made to "Heyworth Elementary School' and 'LEAP Lab" written in the memo.
